What is the value of the learning or reviewing the grammatical rules?

First , Grammar is importance for English language. If you don’t know it you should learn and use it to apply in every day. It's difficult thing have someone to study already may be understand or don't understand for person.

Secondly, If we try to practice the skill language. It was not difficult by reading English and tutor or to learn by yourself. It's not beyond you own capabilities. 

Thirdly,When we understand enough will begin to development speaking skill to prepare for Asean Economics Community (AEC). If we do not have a potential to talk to them you will find a job difficult.

Finally,Learning English is necessary for our very lives. There fore,we have to adapt to the generation and the development yourself always when, the time comes we will have a competitive to other peoples.
